La Edi House è una società che si occupa di editoria, comunicazione ed eventi e si avvale di uno staff di collaboratori esperti e professionali specializzati nei seguenti settori: editing – comunicazione – web marketing – eventi turistici ed enogastronomici – arte e cultura – musica – ambiente – nautica, ecc..
E’ una casa editrice, con sede a Bologna, attiva nei settori dell’ospitalità, del turismo, dell’enogastronomia, dell’arte-cultura e tempo libero. Sta sviluppando anche il settore librario con scelte tematiche mirate e in più direzioni.
Edi House cura inoltre l’ideazione e l’organizzazione di eventi, convegni, educational, incontri-stampa, fiere, workshop, meeting, con particolare attenzione alle aree strategiche e di posizionamento del Vs. prodotto quali la comunicazione (eventi, uffici stampa, convegni, P.R.) mirata ad Enti, APT, Imprese, Consorzi, Aeroporti, Associazioni, Hotellerie; gli eventi culturali, ambientali ed enogastronomici, la promozione (workshop, educational tour, road-show, press trip) rivolta a target differenziati quali T.O. italiani ed esteri, Agenti Viaggi, Albergatori, Aeroporti, Vettori, Consorzi turistici, ecc.) in Italia e all’estero.

The company Edi House, directed by Giulio Biasion, deals of the realization of events that have especially tourism, hospitality, gastronomy and culture as the main thematics. The tourism experience and knowledge of our Country makes the Edi House already plans on request tourist packages for the foreign markets, from big cities to art, from producers of wine and tipicity to wellness and fitness. Moreover handles the organization of events, meetings, workshop in the following sectors: communication – travel advice in Italy – touristic and gastronomic events – culture – environment – promotion, etc.
The editorial area publishes the web sites Voyager-magazine.it – Albergo-magazine.it – Clubdeisapori.com –and a magazine aimed to trade, L’Albergo (The Hotel). The magazine deals on themes related to hospitality, catering, food, design, training and professional culture.
The cuisine, tastes and quality food products of tradition.
The “Club dei Sapori (Club of flavors)” deals of events as well as the marketing, trade and promotion of food niche and high range products; is located in Bologna, ancient cradle of ‘food valley’ and great Italian cuisine. The Association wants to defend the radicals in the italian culinary tradition, contributing to promote and protect the quality typical productions, with meetings, food safety, etc. – regarding catering, foods, high range food products, wines, biological sector, extravirgin olive oil, wine and oil itineraries, ‘Mediterranean diet’, fish products and breeding, etc.
The Association deals of promotion, trade and marketing in Italy and abroad in the gastronomic, tourist and food segments. Has a qualified ‘scientific committee’ with food experts, teachers, experts in product and tourism, gastronomes, journalists, etc.. The Club dei Sapori is active on all the Italian territory with its Regional Delegations to hedge the most important Italian gastronomic territories.
